Offroad Equipment Service

After you return home, or even while you’re out in the bush, Pioneer Offroad can exchange, fix, or rebuild whatever happens out there to make sure wherever you are – you’re not alone! Service technicians get it, things break and wear out, so we’ll put it all back together when you get home. Now, we hope you respect the equipment as much as we respect the land you pass through and of course sometimes these repairs have a cost of repair – but we’ll put it all back together and work through it in a fair and reasonable manner.

Corporate Fleet Program

FOR ATVs QUADS – UTVs – SNOWMOBILES – ARGOS

Includes the following benefits:

• Equipment available in 1 hour or less.
• Equipment guaranteed maintained and ready to go.
• Field failure replacement available within 1 hour at 1 of our 6 locations.
• All equipment regularly scheduled maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer
• Check-in inspection upon return to us
• 1/2 hour of washing upon return to us
• 1 hour or less pickup or exchange guarantee

By leveraging our fleet you can have equipment ready to work when you are!

Rental Equipment Coverage Program

This program is designed to provide a rental equipment coverage program for all rental equipment rented from any of the Pioneer Offroad Rental locations. Coverage would include but will not be limited to the following, Trailers, Argos, Quads, Side X Sides, Generators, pumps, Satellite Phones and Snowmobiles. Larger equipment like Nodwells and the Hydratrek are not covered under this Rental Equipment Coverage Program.The applicable rental rate will be grossed up by 14% and the rental rate on the invoicing will reflect a “Fully serviced” rental rate. There will be no additional charges stated on the invoice for charges covered under this Program.

Benefits of the Program

PART A – Total Coverage

All repairs and cleaning would be covered under the REC program:

• Tire repair or replacement (All)
• Cleaning after the rental (All)
• Chain repair or replacement on Argos
• Minor tub rub repairs on Argos
• Glass or windshield damage
• Axle and bearing repairs (All)
•  Puck replacement
• Provide chain lube at beginning of rental

PART B – Limited Coverage and Deductible

There is a $ 2,000 deductible for repairs due to the following situations:

• A unit sunk or flooded in the field
• Major body damage – e.g. Damage to the extent that would require an Argo Tub
  replacement
• Major damage as a result of routine maintenance neglect – e.g. Replacement of an
  engine required due to lack of required inspection, all four axles require replacement due
  to lack of grease.
• Any damage as a result of abuse, improper operating or load securing procedures
• Any damages as a result of wildlife attacks (All)
• Collision damage (All)

*Actual cost of repairs up to the maximum amount of $2,000

PART C – No Coverage

There is no coverage for the following situations:

• Theft
• Fire
• Total machine loss for whatever reason – accident or otherwise (only if it is not covered
  by warranty)
• Recovery costs of retrieving an abandoned machine in the field

*These items would still be charged out at 100% after the occurrence. 

Training Requirements

All operators must have at least ONE of the following training courses to be covered:

• Customer certified operator training program
• Pioneer’s operator training course

Start of Coverage

Once you have confirmed the decision to be covered by the program any rental equipment returned after your confirmation date – will be covered – any repairs for equipment returned prior to this date will not be covered. We cannot “back date” the coverage for returns that have already been made.
