Pioneer Offroad Rentals now offers recreational rentals of ATV’s (Quads), UTV’s (Side by Sides), ARGO’s, Snowmobiles and Trailers. We have all the equipment you need to bring out your inner rider at our 5 locations in Alberta which include Athabasca, Bonnyville, Edmonton, Fort McMurray, and Grande Prairie. Recreational Rentals are perfect for casual riders, hunters, group retreats, and the explorer in all of us.

Step 1: Making a Reservation

  1. Contact your local branch and provide a credit card to secure your reservation. Visa and MasterCard only.
    • Please note that cancellation fee may applied under the following conditions:
      • Cancellations within 72 hours (3 days) of the reservation will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
      • Cancellations within 24 hours (1 day) or “no show” will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

Step 2: Picking Up Your Rental

  1. Sign and accept the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
  2. Provide your driver licence and the credit card to be used for the rental. The name on the credit card must match the name on the drivers licence.
  3. A security/damage deposit will be required for all rentals. This is to cover any damages that may be caused over and above normal wear and tear as well as pay for rental charges at the end of the rental. Speak with your Rental Advisor for the security/damage deposit amount required for each piece of equipment you wish to rent.
  4. Complete a walk around of the equipment with your Rental Advisor to inspect for any visible damages to equipment.
  5. You will receive a mandatory brief orientation each time you pick up a recreational rental. This safety/operator orientation can take up to ½ hour.

Step 3: Returning Your Rental

  1. Once equipment is returned a walk around will be conducted with your Rental Advisor to identify any visible damages to the equipment.
  2. Rental equipment must be returned clean or a minimum $90 cleaning fee will apply.
  3. Rental equipment must be returned fully fueled or a $50 fueling charge will be assessed.
  4. Pioneer Offroad Rentals will then, within 3 days inspect your rental for mechanical issues. Should we find any issues we will contact you to review any possible addition charges.
  5. Once the inspection is complete we will finalize your invoice and contact you with the final balance and apply this amount to the deposit provided.
